David works out of our Tampa office. He graduated with a Bachelor’s degree from the University of South Florida, and also received his law degree from the University of Miami School of Law. David’s litigation experience has included homeowner’s insurance claims and P.I.P claims, class action issues, and S.I.U. investigations.

His prior experience includes working for two well-known insurance defense firms, rising to the level of Partner with his last defense firm. This experience gives David special insight of an insurer’s perspective regarding insurance claims. David’s practice with our firm is focused on pursuing zealous litigation of claims that were wrongly denied or underpaid by insurers.
